An Italian-made Liberty cotton from the Piccadilly Poplin range – Locke. A screen-printed design made up of flourishing fronds and small blooms with a diagonal line effect alluding to a tapestry. Tones of blue and black on a white base. The design is printed by experts at the Liberty Printing Mill in northern Italy onto classic cotton poplin. An attractive woven fabric with a pleasant hand feel and rich yarn construction, this poplin is characterized by the comfort and breathability that makes it perfect to wear in all seasons. Piccadilly poplin is a fine cotton fabric characterised by its closely-woven single 60s threads, combining durability with sleek, lightly sheened elegance. This non-stretch fabric is an ideal weight for tops, dresses, childrenswear and DIY projects.
